I was experiencing mental health problems and started to buy every day 2 boxes of Nytol daily. I varied the chemists I went to. One claimed that they had run out. Then one of the chemists told me I had blacked out whilst in the shop & they had sent for an ambulance.
I was brought back to the hospital a few days later and after tests I later received a letter from my doctor at that time that I had mild epilepsy.
I have never blacked out since then and believe that my abuse of Nytol was the cause.I am trying to get psychiatrist to look into this so I can stop taking the epilepsy drug .
