Hi I have been on co-codomol 30/500 then zaplin30/500 for 3 years now , I stopped taking them 5 days ago but using sokpadeine max soluble around 8 a day . I’m having bad headaches , aches pains trouble sleeping . I really need to get off these drugs , I’m 58 and struggling . I’m looking after my partner who has stage 4 cancer and may only have few months left , what can I do , how long will theses symptoms last , ? Ty
