My husband has admitted after over 2yrs he is hooked on codeine he’s 2 weeks clear but insomnia has started how can I help him through these dark days

I have been a slave to this drug for around 5 years taking around 30 tabs a day.

I am 7 days clean now, cold turkey. maybe speak to the doctor and get some Zoplicone which should help – just half of one a night,.
