Hiya ally.. im in the same boat as you. And i am doing my best to quit. I gave up for 2 month at the start of the year. And have lapsed once a month since then. But i guess im on the right track.
1st thing is which is good, you want to quit, and are fed up of it.
If i was you id stop drinking all together now. Alcohol is the main trigger to get coke. Delete all dealers nums.. social media as well.
You need to take up some new hobbies.. or things to do to keep you occupied. Ive took up reading and ive never read., or go for long walks, gym, save for something.
I also listen to a lot of cocaine recovery stories and addiction on podcast and you tube. They help a great deal.
Theres a lot more to do aswell. But you mainly have to avoid anything to do with coke!.
How much do you use? And how often?

Hi Dan,
Thanks for the advice. Two months is good going so just keep working on it.
Yeah drinking has became a large part of my lifestyle through years working in pubs. I’m not drinking or taking throughout the week, generally I am pretty healthy Mon-Thursday. However, even though i’m going out with no intention to get on it my guard slips then next thing you know I have a gram or three in my pocket. This generally will lead to me not coming home till the morning hours or the next day. Possibly more if we run out early.
Where I’m from and the vast majority of people do the same and as i said before its pretty much the norm. Its been every weekend for who knows how long and i want to kick it before I move out as I can’t afford it!
All the best!

Dan is right, alcohol is a huge no if youre a cocaine addict – and an addcit dont have to mean you do it everyday, if you do it once a week youre addicted, I think you need to go get support from your doctor and your loved ones need to support you.
its hard to get away from it, but it doesnt end well. it all goes 1 way, read through some posts on here – there is lots of amazing advice, i would recommend addiction counselling its about 60 per session, once a week and believe me if youre dedicated it works, its all about reprogramming your brain.
you need to avoid alcohol, pubs, friends that do it – its hard but if you want to give up and stop you need to or this will repeat itself.
good luck and seek help before it gets even worse, xx
