Coming on here to vent instead of calling my partner i say partner well who knows at this point. We’ve been together 9 years 2 children currently 10 weeks with no 3. He left mine to go work two weeks ago has been using since hasn’t been home we haven’t spoke since, he’s living back home with he’s mum apparently last week he stayed in 4 days and didn’t use according to her. He wanted to just come up sat for our sons bday not even call to ask I told he’s mum I’m not having it. Since then nothing he hasn’t even messaged once to see how either of the kids are he’s really close to our youngest so this has really shocked me they are 6 and 2 and one just went back to school after lockdown still no message to see how he got on. I think he’s ashamed or maybe blaming me or doesn’t want to face me he’s mum took more of he’s clothes sat so he can’t use that as an excuse now to get in touch. I’m at a loss I’m so angry but at the same time I’m not backing down. The kids seem happy so that’s all that matters my youngest doesn’t understand & my eldest is just getting on with it bless him. It’s me that’s struggling how hard is it to message how can you not miss your kids or even care it’s not helping things with me and him if he wants to reconcile if anything with the drugs and now this it’s turning me right off him. Maybe that’s what he wants to do who knows.
