Hey guys! Hopefully I won’t be judged here, I’ve recently stopped and given in and shut the door to drugs, my two were speed and cocaine (sniffing both), but my nose is red raw inside and absolutely agony to touch.
Is there something over the counter I can buy to reduce the pain and help the healing? I’ve tried Vaseline but it’s pretty bad all up In there 🙁 so so soooo sore!! I don’t want to go to the doctors as they aren’t daft, so if there is something I can try before I haveeee to see a doctor, please share :,( thank you. !

My ex used to use a salt water solution in a bottle… you just squirt it up your nose and out and it helps keep it clean. If you stop using the drugs it should start to go down naturally but if it is an infection…You may need antibiotics though which can only be given by a Dr .. dont be too scared to go. x
