I don’t really know where to start but briefly my partner who I’ve known for ten years (broke up when we had a baby he had a break down and we got back together ) is addicted to cocain and alcohol we have a beautiful daughter and I’m trying to help him and support him as I understand addiction is not easy but I need help to I’m trying I hold my family together but I’m having anxiety and panic attacks and I can’t cope . How does everyone else get by ?
