My partner has had a drink issue for about 20 years. He is what I call a binge alcoholic, we will drink for 3/4 weeks at a time. This last 11 days he’s relapsed after 5 years, I’m devastated. In the 11 days he’s drunk over 400 individual cans of beer/wine/spirits. He had o control of body functions, he’s destroying everything. I said I’d never live through this trauma again and feel my life has been lost to alcohol too. When is it time to call it a day?
