My brother has been taking cocaine for years and has recently told us all. We were totally oblivious. He was prescribed Sertraline about 6 months ago but is still taking cocaine.
Has anyone had any experience of someone taking them both together? Is it even safe? He seems to be worse, he’s saying nasty things to people which is totally out of his character. He won’t go back to the Drs for help. He’s about to loose his wife, children and possibly job. I dont know what to do. Any advice would be really appreciated.

How.much coke and how often is he having it? Im doing my best to quit coke. And have it about once a month. Im also on seratline and have been for 18 month. But i dont see any probs with it. But mixing any drug isnt great.
Id be more bothered of getting his coke problem sorted 1st. Does he want to quit.
Coke makes you really depressed so thats prob why hes on that.
