hello unlikelyaddict hope your doing good. Well it’s day 8 today and I feel amazing best I have felt in easy 2years. The only problem I have is the sleeping I’m having round bout 5 half hours a night other then that
It’s all over now I’m in my new job things are great how are you doing now let us no how your getting on. Oh and just in case you didn’t do get vitamin tablets I been taking two day and eating loads of fruit I think that was the main help that made me recover fast. Hello guys just thought I would up data you all on the progress so it help a little bit with your selfs. Well I’m on day 4 now from going cold turkey I was taking 800mg to 900mg of codeine a day starting from like 5am till I go bed maybe bout 11pm that wen on for nearly 2years. Now today I feel pretty ok feel a bit out of breath now and again had about 4hours sleep other than that I think the worst is over I’ve did this like 3or 4 times in the past this has to be the easiest one but yea just make sure you eat fruit and get some vitamins I felt like crap yesterday wen I got some fruit and some vitamins tablets I just felt really good. Keep up the work people your all get there I think just looking at my 2 year old boy made me do it. They 4day may feel long but they will be gone before you no it good luck hope you all get well
Hello unlikely addict. yea I just wen cold turkey I surpose it’s going to take time for us to get better I find the more help of people the better but yea thanks for the advice hope you get well and take care of your self this ain’t away of living doctors should be monitoring people wen they are given these sort of things out I no I won’t be taking them again but yea take care and I will update you let you no every few day with the progress thanks again and be safe..
Hello unlikely thanks for your reply yea I was taking zapain for two years everyday and now this is my second day off them. Today was the hardest I had really bad stomach cramps really bad ended up having the runs so I took some of them tables that stop it I ain’t been since also I ain’t eaten just can’t eat. Just one question how long do you think this will last it’s the worst thing ever I also start a new job in a weeks time do you think I will be ok in time for that. Thanks for getting back thank you it’s really nice to tell someone about this how noses about this sort of thing thanks again kind regards.
Hello everyone. Just thought I would tell my story because I found it helped me reading others story’s. well I’m 33 now and I suffer with A.S and I have to take codeine everyday as you all no you end up taking more and more. Now over the past ten years this is my 3rd relapse because I get pain free and a few weeks later it comes back so I’m back on the pills so here I am again I was taking 740g of zapain yesurday I took six tablets of codeine witch was 8mg each now today I ain’t took any I don’t feel to bad like I have done in the past just hot and cold. headaches. And can’t sleep. And out of breath when I go to do something but other than that it’s been ok this time but has I’m writing this I’m getting a really bad belly other than that that’s it just wondering that you all do when you try to go to sleep I’ve had like a hour all night. Thanks for all your story’s it help more then people no thank. But if anyone has any ideas of the sleeping situation I would really appreciate it thanks ????????
