Hi there,

Keep going….if you relapse please dont beat tourself up about it. I was on near 2 boxes of Nurofen plus mixed with benzos for about 4 years and sometimes went to bed not expecting to wake up! That was at its worst. As i relapsed i always cut it down. I think im on my 4th time now 10 days or so in and i feel fine. Tired as hell with work and a toddler but cant go back now.

Keep your chin up and youll get through it. N+ is the absolute devil and the quicker they prescribe them only the better.
