Hi. I’m exactly the same and have found myself in here because I know I have a problem but I don’t know how to stop. My issue is me and my partner both do it. We have professional jobs, a lovely house kids etc but come the weekend when we have a night to ourselves it’s become routine. I’m sick of wasting money, spending the whole weekend exhausted, coming down hungover then Monday morning feeling like shit. I don’t know how to break the cycle. We tell ourselves every weekend we won’t do it but always do!
