Hey Hannah, I echo everything James says, get yourself to a doctor or hospital ASAP. The road back is long and tough but you posting here is the 1st step back. Just take the next step and see a doctor, every step is tough but a step in the right direction. I’ve been there, it’s hard but absolutely worth it, as James says we are definitely here.
