I take 14 x 30/500mg and top up frequently with neurofen extra, solpadeine or codeine phosphate that I buy online. I always take them on an empty stomach to get the ultimate high. I am taking more and more as I’m not getting the high as much as I usually did

Thank you so much for your reply. My head is all over the place and I just don’t know what to do. I know that I really need to quit taking them and as I said before, it’s killing me. But so worried about the withdrawals will be like. I’m so scared and can’t see a way out
