Hi I’m not sure if this thread is live. I am addictive to codeine and took 35 n+ a day. I am tapering. Due to my job I can’t admit it or get medical help. So I worked out a plan which I am following. I reduce by 2 a day, over one week,vthen another 2 stay at that dose for a week etc. Gone down to  28 a day. Will reduce to 26 on Tuesday.

I find this ok but have had withdrawals. Manageable and mainly at night.
