    Behave! Surely it wasn’t from a year ago!!? Haha! I’m not doing bad thanks, and yes we’ll had the odd slip up along the way but I am getting there now! How are things with you? X

    Thank you – I’ve started the gym up again and I’m getting back on track so thank you for your kind words they really helped x
