Are you doing cold water extractions. Doing that much paracetamol or ibuprofen will destroy your liver and kill you. Kratom stops all withdrawal effects.

No, there’s loads of websites on the Internet that sell it. You should look it up as it’s helped me quit quite easily. 5 days and the only symptoms I’ve had are tiredness. It’s a ground up leaf which is in the coffee family.

Did you manage to quit? I was doing between 30-50 DHC pills every day for 3 or 4 years and have just managed to quit with almost no withdrawal effects by using kratom
