Had to pull police plastic bag off my sons head that was tied so tight with belt i could not rip it off straight away didn’t notice the slashed arm till just before ambulance turn up … could not go in ambulance and when I finally made it to hospital they discharge him after evaluation … is this normal because seems to me its outrageous …
