My husband had been doing the exact same till recently. After many years of denial he finally admitted he needed help,went to see a doctor and he got referred to a clinic that can help.

There’s still along way to go but I wanted to let you know that there is hope and one day your husband might take that step too.

I understand what you’re going through and hope things change for you too.

I only recently started to tell friends and family what’s going on and it was such a relief to tell someone.

I also just joined this website today looking for help.Hopefully we can help and support each other.
