Entries for Adfam’s Family Voices 2025 competition are now open! Family Voices is an annual poetry and creative writing competition for anyone with lived experience of a family member’s substance misuse or gambling. The competition provides an opportunity for family members to share their story and creatively express their thoughts and feelings. Entries can capture both the rawness and reality of these experiences, while also being reflective and telling stories of hope and inspiration.
The winning entry and two runners-up will receive a prize and have their entry read out at Adfam’s Christmas Carol Concert in London on Wednesday 17th December by one of our celebrity guest readers.
- What to enter: An original piece of creative writing or poem of up to 500 words.
