Day 40 for me now and I don’t think I have any withdrawl symptoms at the momebt, although it’s tricky to know what my base level of mental health is. Still feeling anxiety but I suspect this is normal now so I need to deal with it.
I’m really proud of myself, can’t believe I made it this far. I hope everyone is doing OK, you’ve got the strength inside you to do this.
