This forum is dead, partly I hope because there aren’t as many people struggling currently but I expect because this thread is too large to load for many. I’m logging this here for the record.
Christmas has been and gone and it went well without any significant anxiety. It’s my day to day I’m struggling the most with and the lack of motivation, god the lack of motivation is tough.
I’m coming up to 2 months clean now and the cravings have been easily manageable compared to some of the other vices I have given up in the past.
Peace and strength to anyone out there struggling today.
