I’m the same. I can’t believe I ended up on these tabs for 6 years! What started out as me taking pain relief for back pain just spiralled out of control. You don’t see it happening. It starts off small and builds until you see no way out and keep taking more. But there seems to be a ‘lightbulb’ moment everyone gets and that determination gets you through!
