I need to talk about my cocaine addiction with someone who is struggling to kick the habit as I am. I am so desperate to stop it as it is ruining my life and was going that talking to people in the same boat or even not would be a good way of distracting myself when I do feel the need to use it and actually face it at the same time instead of continually lying to myself and convincing myself that it’s not that bad or finding an excuse to actually use it. I get nothing good from it only a buzz when I first start. I’m so desperate to stop using cocaine before it completely ruins my life ???? I would be grateful if anyone could talk to me and give me some tips on how to change my thought processes and convince myself that I don’t actually want to abuse it ????

I’m so scared I will actually die from this now…it’s not fun and it definitely doesn’t do anything for me from start to the grim end of having to stop when really I could go on and on until I feel so bad that I pray that I actually wake up the next day ????

Hi katy im same.as you but im lapsing rougly once a month. But ive learned alot how to cope with it and stop..its just doing it.
Ive got to go to work now but ill come on tommorow and explain more..
But 1st watch louise clarke on you tube on crack cocaine part 123. Shes an expert and goes into detail how to stop and a lot more.
Download pocket rehab its were addict reach out to each other and it helps. And theres an emergency chat.. were if u are going to use some 1 talks you out of basically.
You need to totally change your life around. Get out of your routine and do.some new hobbies .. ill be back on 2mz

Katy go look up something called The Freedom Model for Addictions.
It’s an evidence – based, scientifically founded approach which relies solely on facts, instead of ideology about addictive habits.
Helped me sort myself out after countless failed rehabs and ‘medication regimes’ , after a decade of a multiple – shots – a – day heroin habit.
