Hi, is there anyone else out there, up at 4am knowing their kids will wake in an hour, still high, and wondering how the hell to stop this cycle?

Im not a bad person, but I make bad choices.

I recently went a month sober, felt amazing, and thought I’d cracked it, then one night has led to two, and here I am.

please reach out if you have similar experiences.

I love my kids and husband more than anything, so why can’t I say no to the thing that puts them all at risk?

yes please! lets keep chatting…. I have been using coke off and on since I was a kid. Did it with my dad, and then my friends, then my husband (before he was my husband and before we had kids) Now, everyone else from my old life still uses, but can control, and be sensible, I can not.

Like you, 1 drink leads to 5, then leads to coke if I can get it,
