I’m the same I have been taking mine for 3 years , I haven’t had any for over 5 days now but have taken some solphidine max stopped 22 hours ago , I have had upset tummy and headaches for 2 days now , not sure if I did right going cold turkey but today I’m really struggling , bad headache can’t sleep , I hate I got myself I still this state and no ones knows , I have a partner who has terminal cancer and I’m looking after his 24/7 so need to stay strong , but I’m struggling.

I’m 5 days of taking co codomol 30/500 for the last 3 years I was switched to zaplin 30/500 , the last few days I took some solpihdine , but not had any the last 20 hours, I’m struggling with upset tummy sleeping and headaches , how long will this last ?
