hi,ive been friends with a female neighbour for 5 years,she used to smoke a bit of weed and take a small amount of coke every fortnight when she was paid but now her bennefits have doubled and in the last month she has changed so much,shes involved with the local drug uses her flat is so dirty she doesnt seem to care about anyone or anything .when i sore her the other day she had a blister on her lip which made me think shes moved up to crack cocaine.its so upsetting to see this girl go down hill but what can i do as she isnt talking to me anymore.
