We have trained volunteers who you could speak with as it often helps to talk through things with people who understand what you are going through.

If you would like some support for yourself The Icarus Trust is a charity that supports family and friends of addicts. We offer a free service called ‘family Friends’ who are experienced trained volunteers who you could be put in touch with and may help you to deal with the guilt that you are feeling. I know you said you have tried counselling but if you would like to talk with people who do understand what you are dealing with please get in touch.

It sounds like you are having a very hard time at the moment supporting your daughter. I wonder if you have any support for yourself? The Icarus Trust is a charity that supports the friends and families of addicts because we know how hard it is to be going through what you are at the moment. They have lots of experience of talking with people in similar situations to yourself and it might help you.
